Valentine's Day Dinner

In case any of you were worried, I took good care of myself on V-Day.
Here is my lovely treat-for-myself dinner.
Why yes, that is Alaska King Crab (not vegan but local!)
with lemon butter (freegan; the butter was in the freezer when I moved in),
Baby Romaine-Watercress-Avocado salad,
and a Framboise Lambic.
And, there were vegan Rum Raisin Scones for dessert, made by moi.
I challenge any lover out there to beat that!

Psh, try avocado, onions sauteed with a red wine, roma tomatoes, baked tofu, and vegan coleslaw sandwiches -- with homemade hearty wheat bread, thank you very much. There was also sauteed pine nuts over freshly made hummus and home made pita bread. Oh, yes, and the soup. Butternut squash with rosemary and cinnamon.
